Huh? Taxus Baccata: Any Suggestion

Hoi bonsai people

a few months ago I digged out a Taxus Baccata remaining.

The Taxus started to root directly after placing in the wooden nursery box. General height is 70 cm, wide at roots is approx 21 cm tappering into 10 cm where the branche cutting are.

Please send suggestion.......

I Want to remove to very low placed back-sided branch (as cutting because it has potential....)
