suggestions wanted for a thick- weird fig

Hi fellow bonsai lovers ,just thought i would get some suggestions or opinions on another fig that ive had for a while ,it was bought for 20$ from a garden sale 3 years ago and was in very bad shape due to it not being repotted in a long time. After repotting it i let it grow for a few months before carving out the deadwood stumps that was originally the trunk, wich resulted in a large holes in the stump(wich i hope will heal in time ),the stump was then left to recover and grow until now ,ive recently repotted it into a new pot and defoilated it to produce back budding ,ive also wired a few of the branches to get some movement into the branches but i think i might be going in the wrong direction with this tree .suggestions opinions and ideas welcome.

thanks

Lay it on its right side, and use the left branch and the current apex (bent to the left) as trunks?

Yeah with this one , you could most effectively go one of two ways,...either windswept, or slanting trunk with the crown sittuated just over the root base and the lower foliage pads/limbs balanced out over the rest of the pot in an opposing direction to the trunk slant.
Also you might consider a "fell into the revine" look and do a semi-cascade.
