That trunk/limb that goes up at a 45 degree angle may be a canadate for slanting style.

What variety is this juniper? The foliage looks like a tam or something. It will be a challenge. Branches and trunk don't taper much, coarse branching, and no matter where you cut, you'll only get one bend in the new trunk.
If this is a recent purchase, you might want to swap it for a more promising specimen. You could always raffia wrap and wire a single trunk with copper wire, and then make a cascade from the trunk, but with foliage like this I am not sure it is worth the effort. Regards, Matt
