Start Of A Ficus Group.

This is a ficus group I have put together very recently. I've had these trees for a couple of years and they have been neglected in the corner for a while. They were planted together in a grow box for a year hoping to fuse the root bases together.

I bought the 3 trees for AUS$17 ~ US$10 and the pot was about AUS$15 ~ US$9.

Maybe some ideas or virtuals would be interesting. I have included a virtual in my next post of the obvious style I think it will become. I wanted to get two of the trunks as close as possible with the third one further away form the two.

Any other ideas or virtuals?

Thanks
David

I like the virt you did, so I will not do my own, however I do have a question, you said you were hopingthey would fuse... did they? if soo, I think that with all three contect by a nebari it will make a very attractive tree... but now, the base seems a little off to me...

Well I was trying to get the two trees on the left closer together at the base but it didn't really happen. Those two trees are quite fused together. The third one, if I pull hard I can dislodge.

Yeah I too am not that happy with the spacing on the trunks and the way the base of the tree looks.

We'll see what happens.

I believe that the trees on the sides should be a little more inclined, leaning away from the big tree...

Maybe like this, but I don't know if it can be done, because of the fusion... or if you like it though...

Thanks Jose. A pretty good design.
The trunks are bendable with wire and are still quite flexible.
