This will make a nice accent plant but I don't believe palms will adhere to any bonsai techniques. This will be a nice accent plant though to a larger tree. Very nice.

I had about 20 lil pups of sago in accent pots for about 5 years. They did nothing.
got boring to me. I put them in the ground and now have some very unusual speciminsmany with pups galore of there own!

One cool thing you can do is when the new foliage comes rolling out, give your sago a half turn each day and the frond will end up zig zag.
