It's a Benjamina. Probably "Benjamina Exotica" - typically sold in little bunches like yours, here in Holland.

Often wrapped in hessian cloth - so they already look like a tree with a big fat trunk....

The tree was actually a little neglected for a period of few months, which set it back drastically. I have restored it to health, but not much can be said about the fusing of the trunks and the dropping of the aerial roots.
