Ponderosa Pines For The Gingko-Award

In two weeks we will have the Gingko-Award in Belgium again. This is the inofficial European Championship. It is a must for every bonsai enthusiast.

Four of my trees were accepted this time.
Here I present two ponderosas which I have refined today.

This is the cascade.

I was not so sure about the next one. It had grown very long needles over the summer and I thought that I had to withdraw it. I tidyed it up anyway.

After one hour it looks a lot better and presentable. Sure I will take it there.

best regards

Hi Walter,

I'm going to Gingko on the sunday. Will you be there? I'd like to meet you after two years forum.

Walter,

Sure, I know how you look by now. If you see this guy with a dazzled look on his face from all the beautiful trees speaking terrible german it's me... :-)
