Pinus virginiana

I have posted this tree over the years, but this post is primarily to focus on the container. It was made by Dave Lowman and I feel that it really contributes to the overall composition. I have made many not-so-good pot choices over the years, but I continually grow more fond of this one.

Regards,
Tom S.

Good to see you're doing well with Va. Pine. Nice little tree. I haven't been able to successfully collect one.

I have a similar pot by Lowman. They're very nice. Mine is vacant this year. It's occupant, a Chinese elm, was a victim of Feburary's low temperatures.

Thanks, Mark...good hearing from you and you are right about Lowman's work for sure...also, very sorry to hear about your elm...I have incurred losses this year as well for the first time in several years...

Best...Tom
