New postage stamp
Canada Post has just announced the the release of its 2002 general purpose postage stamp. I am privileged to to be able to introduce it to bonsai community.

Yes, it is.
Of course, this is not a stamp that is available for general use. The Canadian Post Office has a service it calls 'Picture Postage'. One can send in a picture, and they'll scan it onto small stickers, which can be peeled off the backing and placed on postage stamp frames, as may become clear from the pictures below. ... and here are the frames. It's an interesting gimmick for special occasions, but since it more than doubles the price of a 47¢ stamp, it's not an economical proposition for daily use.
