Well, my first instinct was to tell you that theres not much future in this being windswept. Looking at it again though, There is some possibility for it in that style. I'd suggest the liberal use of wire, all the way out to the tips. You'll probably have to remove the branch on the left, but this will give you a very one-dimensional tree so study the alternatives before you proceed.
The alternative is to do a ...romanticised-informal upright (as opposed to the oft-publicised naturalistic style). That is start the "triangle" (of sorts) of foliage on the right and work with lots of layers there. Start high, and work with the branching to build clouds/layers lower and lower. These branches already seem to be in place pretty well. You could probably bring that left branch behind this foliage for added depth if the contorting of the branch doesn't confuse/detract from the harmony of the trunk itself.. I did a very quick virt and this option seems to have some potential. Windswept style is generally very difficult to pull off, so it might be easier to get good results with the upright idea. Interesting problem to have though, WF
