Very nice job.

I would however, be concerned about getting enough sun exposure for the junipers on the lower shelves.

Kinda depends on where you are for the juniper thing... and the species... my junipers "nana" variety, every one of them I put in "full sun" croaked. The ones on the west side of the house first (sun after 12-6), then the ones on the east side (sun from sunrise-12 then shade). However, the four that are under my bench, get about an hour of full sun and shade the rest of the day......still kicking! All those junipers I see planted in the medians and mine in pots like the shade, doesn't make sense it seems.... found out the ones in the medians get replaced often because they die, partially of a fungus that's down here in Florida apparently, and partially because they need more water. The ones under other trees thrive though.

Just watch any plants you put on the bottom, if they're reaching for the light a lot you might have to use that part for pot/supply storage. Although, it doesn't look like the shelves are deep enough front to back to cause severe shading issues...

Like the bench!

In Austin it gets plenty HOT. The trees get sun from Dawn till 1:00, and I move them around on the shelf also.
