This is a Pine i funded two years ago.
It looks like a mugho to me. What do you think?

Gabriel,

I think you could do the following:

-get rid of the huge stump on the lower left of the trunk
- lower the tree considerably with cutting and wiring and bending techniques
-tilt the tree to the left 15°
- pot it eventually (in two years) into a much shorter pot.

It could then look like this.

By the way, I asked to the "UBC Botanical Garden Forums" for what specimment of pine it is and they responded to me this...
