Big Smile misleading packaging

Hello people, it already is a time as me to visit in this forum I was, I thought comes back with you to visit and would like to show you a misleading packaging in form of a Tanuki Juniperus.
In fall 2001 I have screwed two Juniperus out of the tree nursery at a dead Cornus mas, the care was in the foreground, till March 2005. I have formed the Tanuki in March 2005.
The Tanuki Juniperus looks in August 2005 so.
Picture1: the dead Cornus mas
Picture2: before formed

Karl,

Fantastic results. It is very impressive in the display.

Can we have view of the back of the tree, to see how they are spaced, if any fusing is going on

Know we now it is worth the time to re-cycle our dead trees

Thanks for posting.
Ian.

Wonderful result using quite different trees.

I hope I don't have to refer back to this for my either of my Cornus officinalis bonsai!!

Mr. Karl,

So glad to see you post again to this forum...Your artistic ability with graphics and carving is remarkable, and always a pleasure to see and study...This wonderful example of a 'tanuki' is certainly no exception...I personally have a tremendous appreciation of a well executed 'tanuki', and this one definately falls into that catagory...A job very well done...

Thanks for sharing this with us...I would love to see a more detailed progression of the creation process if possible...

Regards
Behr

That is a really beautiful tree. Bonsai in general are amazing, each has its own story to tell... Just when you think you couldnt see anything more creative you do.

Please keep up the excellent work, I look forward to seeing more of your work
