Marco at Sonlight Nursery

Well weather dictated a change in the plans and Marco spent the day here. Here are two of the trees he worked on. The juniper is one that he repotted last year and this year he did the first styling. It has a couple of branches that need to grow and fill in a bit but think it will be a nice tree. I forgot to take a before picture. The other is a Japanese black pine that I dug 3 years ago and I have been waiting for him to wire it and today was the day. I really like this tree and you never know I might even keep it. Pine picture is terrible, looks much nicer in person.

Nice! I like the juniper.

What dictated the change, and what is Harry going to do now?

Well it was suppose to rain today and Harry has Marco working outside and well you know that they both would melt. So he thought it would be better over here because I had him working in the greenhouse. Of course I want to be in a greenhouse when we are have severe weather.
Here is another picture of Marco and yours truly. Notice the frown on Marco, I guess I worked him too hard.

Very nice. looks like your fall work has made a difference in budding too. Remember- when we decandle in the summer- do the big trees first and end with the- as Marco would say "Shoin".

Tell the foreigner "HI".
