Hi Cubbie,
It is so hard just to trim them when they are in bloom...and then the red berries that follow, how could we cut them off!!!!

The ones I gave away, heck just about every one of them, I started from cuttings. They are so easy that way. I dug my own hole as far as being overwhelmed with too many plants. The girl I gave half of my malpigghia stock to, has to take care of them now. Now I can concentrate on doing something special with the ones I have left.

I have several nice, large lava rocks I have been hoarding. This will be the season that I do the root over rock with a cascade barbados cherry... I have been planning it for a while. I think it will be stunning if it works out.
