Looks like Spring!

Sorry for posting this while many of you are still experiencing blizzard conditions...

Most of my small tridents have leafed out already. The largest (not pictured) still is dormant, perhaps reflecting its location, until recently, in the shade under the back patio . This is less for winter protection than an attempt to avoid leafing out too soon.
This Trident over rock is about 6 inches tall (15 cm), replanted this year in a Walsall pot.

First pic is from 2003, next is from 2006, third is today.

Hear Hear! I have seen signs that spring is almost here in CT. The crocusses are coming up and I saw a robin the other day. It will be to NH soon; don't worry.

Crocus have came and nearly went here. Tulips have been flattened and the larch, Hawthorn and Cherry are popping out green all over the place

Thats a sure sign spring is here in Sunny Scotland.

Repotted another 3 today as the buds were bursting.

One willow i think had spent just the little too long in its last pot

See wee picture

Nice tree John! I prefer the earlier rectangular pot a little more though, but ignore me. Nice tree in any pot! Great photography too! Thanks for showing it!

Thanks, I liked it very much too! (It was also from Walsall) However, one of my Labs (the black one) knocked it from my hand, quite innocently, when I was moving some trees around during a hard freeze a couple of years ago. That pot broke.
