bonsaiTALK Hint: Did you know you can double click any bonsai term on this page for its definition?

Thumbs up

My opinion? I want this to go on record, even cavemen have opinions. Now what you have is adjusted and doing fine for years. I wouldn't change a thing unless the tree was root-bound. Lift it out of the pot and lets see unless it's not up for the exposure . Get another juniper and try growing in the sun for tighter foliage. If it aint broken don't fix it. I am afraid putting your little spoiled yoghurt out in the sun might melt it down into a puddle.

G'day nck

Kong said..."...the sun might melt it down into a puddle...".

Not if you do as I suggested, "...about a week in shade...about a week in partial shade...then full sun...".

However...don't wait two weeks to make the move. Not even one week.

As to repotting...best to wait until spring. Depends on whether or not you want it to grow larger.

Remember, IMFAMHO (InMyFeebleAncientMindsHumbleOpinion).
