Juniper Dilemma

Hi Walter

Here is another one of my trees that I would value your opinion on.

Many thanks in anticipation

Regards

Andy

Andy,

could you please make a picture from another angle? The camera should be exactly at eye level for the tree, this is about two thirds up the tree's heigt. Your picture is from above. This is absolutely not the right angle. It is impossible to really judge a tree like this for someone who does not know the tree in reality.

The picuterof the juiper is even worse thatn teh hawthorn. It is from above AND from the side. It could not be much worse.

All you have to do is to go in the exact front of the tree and lower your camera until it is exactly at half to two thirds of the hight or the tree.
This seems to be so difficult that most people miss it. How can you miss this and want to do bonsai art? It has nothing to do with bonsai, only with the will to do things right.

Andy,

you should have no bad feelings about this recent hickup. It has almost nothing to do with you. It was only that the barrel was full and you were the very last drop. By coincidence. Don't worry, I have no bad feelings for you at all. You can always ask for my advice, anywhere.
Sorry this happened to you.
