Juniper Design Ideas

I have an idea for the future of this tree, but I'm always open for suggestions. Let me know how you would style this juniper. Thanks.

the way i would go with this one is literati simply bcos it's thin and has no taper.Wire the tree fully, bend the trunk in a more vertical position, and then post a photo. i would do a virtual but photoshop doesn't work

I agree with the literati, but I would not wire the trunk and bend it vertical. I think you have pretty good movement up to the first section of foliage. Maybe you could think about creating a jin from the area of the trunk past the first portion of foliage and using that first section of foliage for the new crown.

Sorry I'm not that good with virtuals.. Plus I'm at work now

well. it won't be a vertical, but i based my statement on the first photo where the trunk is horizontal.

Geodude, here's my suggestion.
Nice looking material by the way.
Alrighty, this design might take about 2-3 years to develope the structure, and then another year or so for the floliage.

I used view one as the front, becuase it had the nicest shape to me.
What I did was remove much of the lenghthyness away, stopping at that new looking growth.
I then gave the tree a 15 degree tilt to the left, and lowered and shortened that left branch.
Then, you should try to encourage lots of compact growth.
Just a suggestion
Dane
