Jun. Procumbens "Greenmound" from nursery stock.

I have been browsing these forums the last couple weeks and have decided to start contributing postwise, so here we go. Ive been doing bonsai on and off over the years .I started when I was 13 and was living in florida at the time, i lost touch and restarted again in idaho at about 16 and been doing it on and off till my current age at 23 at which ive started to devote substantial time to the hobby. I have just now started building a collection.

I just picked up 2 plants at a local nursery here at 36$ each which i thought was a fair price. They were roughly 15 inches tall at the time of purchase and were clearly staked in the past. I am very pleased with the initial results but I have not finished fully grooming them yet.

I am greatly enjoying these forums, they are rich in information and artistic opinion, i submit these in hopes of constructive critisism. Living in Idaho i have had NO oppurtunities to apprentice under a master, although I greatly desire it. Anyhow here they are.

The first one Is styled only by myself and I am very pleased with the results, it has spectacular nebari that the photos do not do justice to.

The second one I helped my boyfriend style and it is not yet completed as he is contemplating jinning the top and forming a new apex.
