I think the little olive is really cool! They look just like the olive trees you get in the mediterranean...only miniature!

Hey, Joanie. I just recently bought a mame on ebay, it's a Dwarf Hinoki Cypress. It was in a horrible pot so I bought a pot from Sara Raynor and wired the trunk a little to give it some movement. It will look good at our next show sitting against one of the larger trees. It's about 3" high. Cute little guys to have around and take care of.

Updates coming soon. They look much better now. I also received a shohin olive grove from Mas Ishii's nursery for Christmas, which will be awesome in a couple of years! And today the word came that I got into two workshop at the Shohin convention... Jim Barrett's twisted pomegranate, and Sandy Planting's Ilex! Yay!

Very lovely Cypress, Greerhw! Sarah Raynor makes terrific pots for the little guys, if you can find them.

Joanie
