john all the baloney aside; it is wonderful of you to share this stuff and take the time to explain how the processes work. i wish i had a boon here i would so commit to a programme like that. who knows maybe in 20 yrs i can help the young coming through their jbp paces, that would be cool.

thanks for the info - i always have to refer back to stuff like this - its yet to become second nature. everytime i do something on one of mine i cringe wondering about the consequences of the timing etc.

after cleaning up a little and pulling down some branches and drinking many cups of coffee sitting in front of this tree, i think i've found the tree with the best combination of attributes. there is still a question mark on the nebari once the planting angle is altered. all depends on what is under the soil.
