JBP Shohin
Here is another shohin JBP. It's 6" tall with 1 1/4" trunk. I just repotted but would like some ideas on the right pot for this tree?
Thanks, Tim |

Very nice shohin Tim. Wish I could help you on the pot choice but I get hammered on my pot choices. Harry

What Harry said, but I'll stick it out a bit and say oval about the same width, a bit shallower, and terra cotta/rust type color.

Thomas,
You are dead on...that's the pot I took it out of and it's a good choice for it but I wanted a change. Oh well...I'll look around a bit more. Tim |

Perhaps just a darker shade of pot.
Or an antique one. Irene

Tim,
Nice little tree. The pot ThomasJ placed it into virtually is quite nice. An oval would be good. Every once in a while you can come across the gray yamaaki pots which might fit this tree quite well as the bark matures. Nice and thanks, John
