Japanese Holly - Tips / Advice?

Hello,

This is my first attempt at Bonsai. I recently purchased a Japanese Holly at a local nursery and pruned it back in 2 sessions. I'm new to this and would love to hear feedback and advice.

Pic attached

Thanks in advance!

Impressive.
Let's see it after next season.
Advice: Let it grow out a bit and prun/shape. You did an excellent job.

Nice that you took pictures to show the progress.
