Informal spruce

Here is a Alb.Dwarf Spruce rough styling, I was thinking of maybe keeping this for a shohin and putting it into something besides a plastic pot. This was going to be my entry for the last fall instant styling contest. Thanks.

Nice specimen Wes with lots of possibilities and good movement you have created near the apex. Given the nature of this species growth habit, shohin is a good choice at this stage.

My preference of pot would be dark unglazed oval to highlight the bark colour and foliage.

Kind Regards Ash

Nice tree. I think this would have placed well in the contest.

What are the dimensions?

My suggestion for a pot would be a drum.
