hold me acountable..neriifolia

I thought I'd post this "before" pic before I actually start to work on the tree. Then, when I screw it up,y'all can tell me what I did wrong .Or....if I get it "right"....feel free to heap praise upon me .

btw...pointers and suggestions are welcomed.

seriously,

andy

Very nice looking tree. I would just shape up what you already have and maybe thin out the apex some. Just my 2 cents.

Hey Andy,

That certainly is a nice un. Have you had it long? It seems it just needs to be dressed up, and then it should be ready for the ball.

Andy,

Do you own ANY bad trees? If not, get a few so that the rest of us don't look so bad....

hehehe

Brian,

I have lots of "crap" trees ...and some so,so trees.I have a few nice trees....but I'm never satisfied.It's a curse,I tell you.

This is as far as i got today on this one.Partly because I didn't want to take any more pictures and partly because I wasn't sure how to proceed and partly because I want to include my friends in my fun.I'm really looking for advice as I go along.I don't promise to take the advice, but I would really like to hear it.

I plan on going step by step through this tree as I try to refine it.Not to teach anyone anything, but to share the experience. This is sort of an offshoot from al's thread....or atleast my response to it.Y'all be my club..look over my shoulder and shout.....DON'T CUT THAT ONE!!!...oops,too late.

let's have some fun.

by the way.....thanks, Behr.I'm trying out that "coach" tape(off brand ofcourse)dang that stuff is expensive.

G'day Andy...

If that's truly a "before", I'd sure like to be introduced to your source...or, is that a secret?

Very nice subject...I will enjoy watching it's devellopment.

Pat
