Hi Franco,
I like what you have done with this tree so far with the initial styling. My only observation is that the first branch doesn't add anything to the tree. Perhaps removing it and training a semi cascading branch from the apex would look better. After this you can work on developing the canopy. I've attached a very quick virtual to show what I mean with regard to the first branch. All the best, Aaron

Actually there is no branch in that place to make a semicascade. Would there be a way to graft a branch into that position or should I wait till next year and see if nething new emerges from that position?

Nice job
I like the initial styling job. I have a dwarf Hinoki that I have been training for about 3 years. Its is starting to look good. I don't have any grafting experience, so I cannot advise in that department. However, Hinoki cypress' are known for their refusal to back bud. So, I am not sure how well a graft would work or even if the refusal to back bud would matter with a graft. Maybe take some time and look at it over the next few weeks and something might hit you. Sometimes when you leave a tree alone for awhile, then when you look at it again, a new idea pops into your head. Once again, very nice initial styling job.

Why not make the branch from the virtual a hanging branch (Ochi-eda). Then develope the tree as a Bunjingii (literati) just a thoughtPup
