Help with naming spieces and how to tend it...

Found this follow in a local flower shop this week-end. Anyone here know the spieces? Whats it called and if it have any special needs? Indoor/outdoor? soil mixture? and so on.

And ofc I would like your comments on it, is it worth 350 dollars?

Looks like a Podcarpus of some sort tropical species. I could be wrong!! Pup

ps I personally would not pay $350 for it

I think its a norfolk pine,if it is its the best one I seen as a bonsai.

It's one of the best of the species I've ever seen also- but not worth $350. The roots around the rock are well done but eabove that it is very straight and boring. Also this species doesn't reduce leave/needle size well so you'd be stuck with it as is.
