Ficus Benjamina

here's another one of my trees which was bought from a local nursery. i fell in love with the trunk, and now i am considering wheter do go for a raft style or to develop aerial roots. What do you think? Thank you

At first sight , I see a litterati in this tree because of the trunk.
How tall is the tree ? The sky behind makes it look like it's very tall.

it's like 50 cm tall but i don't like the idea of literati, literati to me is only a conifer style and i don't want to ruin this one. Thanx anyway.Anybody

Some archetypical literati can be found in the Mustard Seed Garden Manual of painting. Which is an ancient guide to brush painting. That style of painting reduces a scene (and a tree or plant) to its essence in a few brush strokes. Many of the trees depected are broadleaf deciduous, but of course pines are represented as well. Prunus mume (Japanese Flowering Apricot) was probably the most popular.

You'd think many of the original Mustard Seed drawings would be in the public domain after centuries, but I can't seem to find them online! I guess you need to search in Chinese!
