A few more trees in front of koi dealers in Japan

These were taken by a good friend of mine on a koi buying trip to Japan.

Hi again Harry,

I like these a lot better than the tanuki... although the koi dealer isnt much on displaying his cork bark black pine. I note one of the lower branches is dead too. Still, quite a specimen. Insofar as the shot of the Japanese garden is concerned, I can only say that unless you have ever tried to make your own garden look that way, you will never be able to appreciate the work that goes into it. It will tell you a lot about who the Japanese people are and what motivates them. Nice photos.
