Dwarf Coast Oak

Just seeing the picture of this oak, I think it would be difficult to estimate the height.

I bought this tree at a club show sale near 20 years ago. Not much in the way of branches then, but the trunk was there, and that's always a good starting point.

Today I repotted it into this Jim Barrett pot. For those of you that are unfamiliar with Jim, he's a long time Southern California bonsai practitioner and teacher, and a master potter.

BTW, the height from pot rim is about 12 inches.

whats the yellowing on the branches and the leaves?
or is that the colour of the picture?
