Desert Ash
Hi folks, here is a Desert Ash I've been working on but I reckon it needs a change in direction, I have one example of what that change might be but would like some more ideas.

Very nice bark and a great shape. This needs some years of growth and refinement. A growing box would be a good place to start. I would probably leave those branches on during the early training. The one on the left looks like it is particularly well placed.
Regards, Matt

Hi Treenut,
Matt's right. Keep the left branch. I'd shape it like this and let it grow for a while. Looks great !! René |
