Ralph -

I came across this thread and am inspired as I have a tree that I just got and is similar to they way yours started out. Hopefully I can get mine to turn out as good as yours. Nice tree! Excellent work!

You can go to http://forum.bonsaitalk.com/f14/new...-elm-28788.html to see mine.

I was doing a little trimming and wiring on my Chinese Elm last night. I have a fairly large tree and with time constraints, I was thinking I could be happy if this was the only tree I had and I truly put in the time necessary to keep up with this tree. I am new to the this hobby and I truly love the Chinese Elms. OK I may want a second or third tree but I can see that I could have too many trees very easily.
