Bougainvilles

TREE ONE BEFORE TRANSPLANTATION. I just start to transplant those Brazilian trees (Bougainville glabra), here in Rio de Janeiro. The front and apex were choose. After transplantation water with B1 were offered. Send your suggestions and comments.

TREE ONE AFTER TRANSPLANTATION (the new pot are not here). I just start to transplant those Brazilian trees (Bougainville glabra), here in Rio de Janeiro. The front and apex were choose. After transplantation water with B1 were offered. Send your suggestions and comments.

Outstanding start on these. I got three Bougainvilleas at the beginning of this month, they are about the same age as yours. I live in Dallas, Texas, they love the sun here, should be real fun Bonsai to work with. Just need to keep them looking like trees and not like little shrubs! They grow very fast.

Hi Cooter,

I agreee with you regarding bougs, they are a very suitable material to work. I have others that I keep like trees. As in texas they grow very fast too here in Rio.
