Re: Bougainville 3 (Orange)

Tree after transplantation. The front and apex are well defined. The tree was treated with B1 soon after transplantation, full sun was avoided. All the flowers are removed to enhance root formations.

Re: Bougainville 3 (Orange)

Hi Shambhala,

I have four Bougainvilles (until now ), one red, one pink, one white, one orange (above).

I like them too, they are a good material to work on, with them we can produce nice bonsai. They have a good resistance to desiccation, and it does not like overwater (a great adaptation here in tropics).

Do you have bougies in Canada ?

I really like what you do with Bougies... because I've seen some at the nursery, and they don't look not even similar to what you get from them... Of course they are not trained, but...

Thumbs up

Estimado Alberto,

Thanks for your nice words again.
These Bougies are bought in a nursery (not trained) too as you can see above in the beggining.
Buy one and go ahead they are very friendly to work. Transplant it, put in a shaded area, water twice with pure B1 (2 pills in 1,5l of water), mist is needed, add no NPK (until day 45) and 20 days latter put it in full sun.

Luís
