Yeah Nick, that's close to what I was thinking of.
I've got no life at the moment (waiting for tonight's Halloween costume party...hmmm...sounds like a good idea for a picture thread), so I did a quick version of your white pot idea (with thanks to Sandi's lovely white pot). I thought about going even lower and wider. And for some reason, I wanted to mound up the terrain a little. It gives it a really solid feel to me. ~Mo |

My dad spray painted a huge chinese elm my mom killed in silver, it sits on the sitting room coffee table. My dad hangs little bells, white doves and some garland at christmas time. I'll take a picture of it next time I'm home.
I think more than anything else, I get sad when I see the tree and remember how beautiful it used to be and how easily my mom killed it ![]() |
