Re: Beautiful Juniper restyling ?

As the taylor said, "nice material".
All seriousness aside, it is great material. I take it it's an Ito Shimpaku by looking at the foliage.

With that branch crossing the front, down low, I'd like to see the tree from all angles to see if a new front would be possible. It's hard to do a virtual on it. Maybe you could take some picts with the tree rotated slightly to the right as you look at the front of the tree and put it against a neutral backround. I'd like to own it though. I like to work with Shimpaku!

Hi CC,
Interesting tree you've got there, I'm afraid I'd hardly know where to start with it and not to change the subject, but I sure like the looks of the purplish flowering tree in the background... any chance it could be a bonsai chinese wisteria?
I'm new to the art of bonsai, but I'm guessing any plant that has wood of some sort can be turned into a bonsai...like my recently purchased wisteria and lilac perhaps...
