Any Clue What I Should Do With This Tree?

I've had this tree, which is probably a juniper, for about a month, and I just got ahold of a crappy digital camera, so I can post some pictures.
Any ideas about what I should do to it are much appreciated.
I also have a couple pictures of my jade jungle, which will start to get shaped once it grows more.

My suggestion would be to put it outside. I am not sure if you have it outside or not, but junipers will not live inside. The jade will do fine inside though.

I wish I could have the juniper outside. That's not going to be possible though because I'm in a college dorm room.... grrr.... So is all I can really do just keeping it alive?
