This tree will be left to recover before potting next spring. Comments, criticisms and virtuals are welcome and appreciated.

You have an eye for nice trees. I have never styled a juniper before (my specialty is tropicals), so I could not see a future in the original photo. You really impressed me!

Very nice restyling! I am curious about the basal root placement though.
It can be very hard to find a design that harmonizes Juniper roots with the trunkline. Everything's a compromise. Regards, Matt

On these procumbens, you usually don't get a decent nebari, so I tried to concentrate on the movement of the trunkline as it leaves the soil. This styling is an attempt to repeat that movement with a shorter increment in the upper part of the tree. Also, the final potted angle will tilt the tree a bit more forward. Thanks to everyone for the comments.
Regards, David
