Windswept jade?

Newbie here,

I just picked up a jade plant that is sort of a defect. During the winter in the greenhouse it was tipped at a 45 degree angle so when put upright it leans WAY to the right. Is it acceptable to do a windswept jade? I also here it is really difficult to train/wire jade. Any techniques or tips on that? Thanks

A picture would probably help out. I actually dont have experience with jades, but i do know theyre very hard to train with wire, they work well with the cut and technique I believe. Once a jade gets more mature Im pretty sure they get easier to actually wire. Anyone else?

Almost all Jade bonsai I have seen in India seem to be in the cascade style. The stem tends to snap if bent, which may be why cut and shape is the process used.

My suggestion would be to lean the pot back to 45 degrees and train it that way. Seing as this is what started it, i see it as being apropriate to continue the training. Then, when the plant is ready to display you can pot it up at the right angle.

A picture would help advise on styling.
As to wiring, I do wire Portulacaria. First allow the plant to dry for several days before wiring. Apply the wire loosely and over a week or two move the branch gently to the new direction.
