White Rot
Anyone ever have experience with white rot?
It is apparently a fungus that is common to decaying wood . . . . I think I have seen this pervasively in the pot of my hornbeam last year (although i don't think it harmed the tree at all) and I think I have noticed it this year now on one of my tridents (see THIS thread) It got me thinking that perhaps the aged pine bark I am using in my soil mix is decomposing and contributing to the "white rot". Thoughts?
