What Is Your New Years Bonsai Resolution?

New years is coming up, and it is time to ask yourself what is your New Years Resolution for your bonsai. It could be anything relating to bonsai. Do you want to keep your work area tidier, buy less but better material, or maybe you want to attend every club meeting. Whatever it is, post it here and try not to break it.

I guess I will start it off with mine.

My new years resolution is to have a tree shown at Bonsai Societies of Florida 2004 convention.

My New Year's resolution is to slow down, re-read my books, attend a class at El Dorado and learn how to post more pictures of my bonsai !

My Resolution is to get at least 3 of my trees into Bonsai pots and send them in to the Forum for critiques and advice.

I started to say 6, which would be good, but I want to make sure I accomplish a more modest goal.

My resolution is to get one of those digital cameras, so I too can post some pictures...and, like Fred, I will try to get some trees in pots and ready for critique

Regards

Behr

My resolution is to end the coming year with:
1- Improvement to my trees
2- More respect and knowledge of our Art
3- Better skills in pot making
4- A new home for both my trees and my family

My New Year's Boinsai-lution will be to join a Bonsai club and take some of my trees to an actual Bonsai show.

figuring out why the wonderful american larch (larix laricina) doesn't like my bonsai garden. When people just north and south of me manage them quite well.

To be more focused on design elements.
Learn species and particular horticultural aspects of each prior to attempting bonsai technique.

Learn, learn and learn.
