You have a chance of mastering Mugos but women? Only a fool thinks they have that one figured out.

How hard would it be to pull some right side branching down and make it a semi cascade? Seems like it would take significantly less time to create that image than it would to graft an informal upright?

Hi Scott,

Sorry, I never posted the picture!!!! I tried to copy your picture and make a quick edit in paint...then the file size is huge! I have spent the past 1 hr trying to change the quality of the picture and to no avail..... so I will have to do something different but not sure what!

Anyways, never mind me

Jason

After initial recovery, I see, what might be a chance to work in an almost forgotten form, octopus. You could even do an octopus/clump/forest, with some jins at the base, and maybe some larger jins farther up. Just some ideas.

"...an almost forgotten form, octopus...".

Not forgotten...just don't got no respect...for octopus...

Funny Pat, I think we all have a form we don't respect, mine is the typical windswept, I say typical because it invites cutting off the branches on one side (after trying informal upright) and seeing it as a tree on a windy mt., good ones can be good, but not seen often IMHO

Interesting suggestions - I first was looking at branches for semi-cascade, and a three-tree clump.

I think this'll take some pondering...

"...take some pondering...". Good on ya Bliorg...never hurts to ponder a bit...or a lot.

While you're pondering, don't bypass the suggestions from Vance...he knows what he's talking about.

Agreed, Pat. I'm first pondering on what top growth to take off in another month or two, as Vance suggested...

This is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for posting this greerhw. Actually gave me some ideas if I ever run across similar looking stock. I think if I did come across raw stock such as that in the link. I would have a better plan for it now.
