Sorry to say IMHO "Beechwood" has not had much of Quality of late. It was always a regular on my list if I was in the area. It seems to be lacking from investment, and has been steadily in decline. The original owners sold up around 18 months ago, and I know the last time I went (around 2 months back) there was little to change my mind. That said, I would give the new owner a chance, but it certianly needs a serious amount of Cash injected to become anywhere in the scale of other nurseries that I know. You form your own opinion. Hey Ian, ya weren't wrong Bro. I called up there this morn an the ******* place was closed!! Had a wee look around though, and the place definately dosnt look up to much. There was a few (in my un-educated opinion) nice tree's in the yard, but the whole place looked real untidy and un-cared for. But,... impressed,... I didnt get lost
. So, me next plan is a trip to Reddich! Got me little map book, but i'll no get now till next Frid. Thanks fer the advise Bro. Hey Taipan,.. its too late for me mate. I have caught the bug!! Got big plans to make a wee Japanese'y garden out back so a can build a proper setting for ma wee tree's,... (an put me girlfriends cats on a leash) heehe. Well, tis Fri nite, 10:30pm, just finished work, just watered me tree's.................... ITS MILLER TIME Cheers everyone |
