Now That I think of it, maybe it was a squirrel who dig up my japanese maple. I tought it was a cat.

I don't have to rub my dog on anything, she keeps the varmits plenty far away, animal and human.

Even better, you can bottle the essence of your dog. "EAU de Dog". A bottle of Dogginess to daub onto the owl.

I hear cayenne (I think that's the correct spelling) pepper sprinkled heavey around the area deters them. But haven't tried it myself.

Hmmmmm, how about : "Essence de Chien - Pour Homme, Pour Femme, pour them god darn critters" or "L'arboreal.. because my trees are worth it" ![]() NB I claim all intellectual property rights.
