Species You Would Like To Work With?

What are some species that you would like to work with but haven't yet had the chance to.

For me, I'd really like to work with 3: Gingko Biloba, Chinese Elm, and some variety of Serissa. Gingko because I went to the nursery today and saw 2 amazing Gingko forest plantings, Chinese Elm because of their fine ramification and small leaves, and a variety of Serissa because I've heard that when taken care of well, they can bloom year round.

Today I got the chance to work with one of the species I've wanted to do since I've started, Japanese Maple. Today when I was at the nursery I found a 2.5'-3' Japanese Green Maple for $9. It was a deal and they had never sold maples smaller than $5 before, so I got. I did a trunk chop and I'm going to try and propagate the top. This will be the first tree I'm working with that is in a very unfinished state. Basically only a trunk with leaves coming off it right now.
