Spam spam spam and spam

We've had some of the most amusing spam lately.... most of you won't notice, because we get rid of it pretty quickly (my personal record is 3 minutes from posting to bannination) but there's been some pretty inventive spam.

Don't ever click on a link supplied by a spammer... don't write to them, or reply to the spam, just click on the little red triangle on the lower left side of the post, and report it to your friendly neighborhood moderators. We'll take it away and ban the spammer.

We hates spam.

But it has been rather amusing lately...

Joanie

Would you like a side of fried spam with that?

LOL, Joanie & Zen!

Campfire Spam is great too. Just put the unopened can in the fire, it will give signal when done.
(WARNING: Don't try this at home!)

lol, nice work Joanie

Sometimes the membership name gives away their ultimate goal.

I remember "pharmacyst1282" joining a few weeks ago and wondered how long before the spam hit us - only to see the post come while they thought no-one would be looking - in the middle of the night U.S. time!

Oopps....just happens to be when I am looking over here

What with Fly over in Australia and Matt and Pootsie with you, we have full 24 hour coverage against "spam attacks".

Regards,
Ian.

Thanks for the reminder Joanie. I always wondered what that triangle was for - now I know.

Great job and thanks to everyone who helps keep this a spam free site!

With apologies to Dr. Suess

Dearest Joanie,
You're full of baloney.
I love spam, I love spam
said Sam I am.

If spam grew on trees,
it wouldn't be free
Listen to what I say,
buy bonsai spam
a little goes a long way
Buy it now, buy it today
or buy its seeds on E-bay.
