Samurai and ninja carver

Hi everyone.

Just got a dremel with some bits. Not very effeicient to remove a medium size stump.

Can I fit a ninja or samurai carver to a dremel?
Do I have to but another die-grinder to fit them in?

Also, any dremel bits got a similar function as the Ninja and samurai junior?

Thanks
Bonbon

In my opinion...NO, and YES...

Depends on how much wood you have to remove and how patient you are. There are no dremel type bits as aggressive as the samurai/ninja but there is something you can use here .

If you are going to do any large bulk wood removal a large die grinder (makita/Dewalt etc) is really a must. Check out Dale Cochoys and Tom Browns

Guys,
kaizan and Beavertools are AMERICAN made tools (Although the beavers though identical in shape, look ground a bit different. I need to check into this! Thanks for the link, I'll send it to the US manufacturer) . They import them from here ( at least Kaizan does) !

I carry the same tools without loosing your butt on the euro exchange rate and shipping and insurance.
If you want them cheaper in the USA....buy from an American dealer.

Landeroos, yes they are cheaper than the Samurai, but, they are a completely different tool , cheaper to manufacture and none repairable.
I am the Samurai importer for the USA and it is THE BEST carver I sell along with the Ninja Master..
I also sell many many of the Tri-cut carvers ( Weezle and Beavertools) in both 1/4" and 1/8" shaft. They are EXCELLENT for Dremel-type tools in the 1/8" shaft since no one else makes anything to compare for 1/8" machines..

Dale,

Will you have your carving supplies on hand at the Franklin Park Columbus Show this fall? Looking for 1/4 and 1/8 bits.
thanks

Yes, although they might not be on display, but, if you ask I will have them with me. Or, you might stop by some day when shopping up north

I guess I won't be coming to Dawes show again this year.

Dale,

I will definitely ask about them when I see you there. I wish we could shop up your way. Staselwood, BandBChute and I have talked about a road trip up to your place. Just need to get the wives to sign our kitchen passes.

Are there any good articles that outline what tool is used for/with?
