I Have used the Beaver
I have used Carlos's Beaver tool and it performs very well, It is useful having a bonsai enthusiast working on the tools because they can respond positively to artists questions and input.

Here ya go Zen ( and others). These tri-cut rotary carbide tools pictured are made in the USA and patented by the maker. The cutting heads are solid carbide and rated for use at speeds of our die grinders and Dremel-type grinders we commonly use for bonsai. The CT100 and CT101 will fit in Dremel-type w/ 1/8" collet and GREAT for shohin work. The CT102, 103 and 104 are 1/4" shank and for Die grinders. I am one of the dealers for them in the good 'ol US of A. I won't go into similarities compare the looks of the 'weasel' tools and tell me where you think they were made? Please calculate out out the $-to-Euro loss ( 30ish or English 'pounds' exchange ....plus shipping, insurance and possible customs opening of package and tariff when ordering from europe Regards, Dale 'here for you in the USA' Cochoy P.S. Carlos, I still can't get off the first page of your website? So, you make your Beaverbonsaitools in Portugal yourself ![]()

I've used that type of router bit for bonsai carving. They work very well for both hogging off wood and more subtle carving. Highly recommended. Mike
