What’s more amazing is that the rocks in these penjing that I have posted have been chiseled or cemented. Rarely in penjing are the rocks just found perfectly, rather, several rocks are cemented together and or chiseled. Now this takes much practice and many headaches with cement and cement die and different techniques to perfect through trial and error. Some people just make the whole darn rock them selves! The rock in the panoramic penjing that I posted is a expensive Chinese black rock. I will get the name of the rocks for you next time I go see my penjing guy.
